MEET LOUISE RAE PERRY
Hi, I’m Louise, Founder of SuperBloom. My passion lies in the spaces where business comes to life. I’ve created SuperBloom to help people progress their business ideas and visions. To nurture the next stage of growth.
I work with a diverse and creative group of people. From Bafta Award winning creative directors to digital and 3D designers, artists, soundscapers, brain-based coaches, strategists and kundalini yoga teachers. Magic makers, really. Their values and skills match my vision for creating joy, impact and value in the business world around us. I was first exposed to ‘the business of business ’when I joined an independent publishing company in 1998 as Deputy Editor. Jumping right in, I found myself in an explosive moment as the age of digital was dawning. All eyes were on the entrepreneurs, who were fast becoming the new rock stars, long before anyone talked about finding the next great unicorn.
Inspired by this experience, I have gone on to work with a range of leading companies and clients, large and small, including Publicis, BP, Bacardi, JP Morgan, The World Gold Council, Patek Philippe and FutureLearn.
Through these positions, and my direct experience of leadership coaching, I have developed extensive experience in business modelling, proposition development/proposal creation, brand building and more. These roles have honed my skills across a variety of essential business fields, from applied empathy to digital engagement strategies, to delivering projects from initial concept to final execution.
Today, I am passionate about taking all I have learned to give founders and entrepreneurs the confidence to make decisions with conviction and authenticity. To identify and seize opportunities, and to establish the authority necessary to see themselves and their ideas flourish. I take ideas from concept to expression, expanding perceptions and elevating insights. I do this by working with an individual's own authenticity and inventiveness.
